Elaine Armstrong Purchased the Nancy curved towel radiator. This item is of a far superior quality and less expensive compared to towel radiators you can buy in most DIY stores and it was delivered very quickly. Jonny Cooper 900 Quadrant enclosure looks very nice, purchased in July/August 2010. The free included shower tray the slim one is rather flimsy and you bounce around on it like a trampoline. I ended up buying a resin stone one after installing, trying and then de-installing. Also the shower itself isn't very high. I'm 6ft 3 and I have too duck to get in under the top metal track. All the showers on here seem to be the same height Bottom to top track is 72 6ft with an opening of 3 less head banging scenario. I have looked for taller shower enclosures, but they all seem in the 500 bracket for a few extra inches...which may make all the difference for you. Shower good, tray too flexible unless you are in need of creating some elaborate base. 610 would buy the shower again and a different base.

roger johnson excellent service and delivery. Product appears good quality, but no instructions. As an engineer, I sorted this out and it works fine. I did remove the blue flow reducer disc from the spout diffuser to improve hot water flow;(my system is on \'head of water\' storage tank pressure) and it is fine. Noticed Jamie Oliver has the same tap in his kitchen(30 minute meals) !!!

Not unpacked and installed yet so unable to comment on product itself, but very good delivery service. (Apart from the fact that the lorry driver insisted we dispose of the pallet as he had no room to put it back on the lorry!!) Seems extremely good value.

Dave Harper A very good purchase, a quality product with a perfect chrome finish and at a great price, this is being fitted behind a false wall which is to be tiled, so I needed a valve with plenty of thread length to allow for the thickness of the wall plus the tiles, this is the perfect item for the job, smooth operating controls and the addition of the non scald system, simple to fit and operate, an excellent purchase.

Y Read The price was great the same product at a leading bathroom shop was twice the price. The free next day delivery is great - except mine didnt arrive next day despite the screen telling me that I still had over 2 hours left in which to qualify so dont organise a plumber until you have goods in your hand I have not had it fitted yet but it looks the part and has a good substantial weight to it so Im sure it will be fine.

Shirley I bought the 900 mm Quadrant shower doors only as already had a solid tray. Delivery was true to 24 hours once it had been dispatched, which I was impressed with, not too sure about the delivery and the man did not want to even put it in my hallway and with glass doors it was heavy, but he did eventually slide it across my threshold. It looks fabulous and is very very good, I am pleased and will look to buy other products from your company.

Anonymous Delivery service was fantastic. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. It was installed by a local plumber and he commended on how straight forward it was to have it done. He did however state that it could have helped to have a manual enclosed in the package to at least jolt the memory. Do not take the last clause of the previous sentence as a criticism because as a bona_fide plumber should have no trouble installing it. Beware if you are a DIY enthusiast though. On the whole the package is a bargain considering the price.

Mark SmythRoberts This is a well made product sold at a great price. I liked, in particular, the ability to buy the main unit without having to pay for the peripheral items (which I did not need). One design quirk is that the on off tap has a safety button (exactly the same as is appropriately fitted to the temperature tap) for no apparent reason. The item arrived as indicated and overall this was an efficient and effective transaction. Happy.

Phil Bradley I purchased the 800 x 600 version as a replacement for the standard tubular type towel warmer as part of my own bathroom refurbishment. I am extremely pleased with the quality and finish of the product. The chrome plating is far superior to similar products I have fitted. The towel warmer and valves arrived within the stated time, both of which were packaged extremely well to ensure protection to the finishes. I have another bathroom and en-suite to refurbish and I will definitely be making further purchases from the Bath Empire when I commence these projects.

Allen Maunders I have yet to fit this towel rail but am very impressed by the general quality of material and especially the chrome work. It represents good value for the money and exceeds the standard of similaly priced towel rails. As a minor point the fixing stands are chromed plastic but this should not present too much of a problem. I judge that the general product quality, rapid service and good communications make this a 5 star purchase. When needed, I will buy from this supplier again.

Bill Balchin I bought this to replace a much older mixer valve that would not shut off. Delivery was very fast even in the run-up to Christmas, quality looks very good and price was remarkably low. It is a treat to use this after the old one.The installation should be straight-forward depending on your existing connections. A pair of offset adapters changing from 34 tap end to 12 input pipe end allow for a range of spacings around the 6 region.Because my existing supply pipes come just through the wall at the narrowest possible spacing the new valve now sits about 30mm off the wall on the plain brass adapters. Not a problem but does not look very elegant. Furthermore, my old mixer valve had connections for an olive on the end of the supply pipe but the new adapters have flat ends suitable for a regular tap connector. I eventually got them to seal using fibre washers and boss white. If you were installing this as a complete new installation you could make a neater job.

keith norton the service from bath empire was excellent as was the product,the delivery let it down had to make several phone calls to parcel force ,on the friday of delivery , then was told it would not be delivered until monday so i had to collect it from their depot.so to sum up you are doing a great job good product right price but let down by others.if i scored you alone 5 star but add in delivery

Anonymous Excellent, very pleased with product, good quality etc. Everything looks ok haven't actually fitted it yet and it was the best price by far. Would definitely purchase again, but the next day delivery was not to be seen, more like two days. That wasnt a problem for me, but could be annoying if you have to have time off work etc. Overall a great service with the best priced products.

RW Cannot yet comment on functionality as I await a plumber, but it looks good, although I am a little concerned that the pull-out function might be a little fragile the push-button seems ineffective and I fear it may just hang out. Would like to come back on this later. Delivery first class. I will give three stars now but will upgrade to five if the pull-out proves robust after fitting.

winston Shower unit looks great much better than diy stores of similar cost part of unit was faulty,phoned customer service and they sent out a new part the same day no quibble. Would recommend to anyone sure is luxury for less. Superb service can\'t wait to get it fitted. Also bought curved towel radiator and straight vales.again good quality and value for money. A Cutts Im very impressed with the chrome and the quality of the materials used. Just a few small points - The manual could do with better fitting instructions. I had to use flexable hoses to the 34 feed conections as copperplastic connectors would not seat correctly due to the shallow filter mesh. The shower runs perfectly on my 7 year old combi producing 6 lm. Very pleased with the product.

D Brewster Arrived quickly and appears to be very good quality for the price. Downside was the quality of some of the screw fittings. Cheap and got fed up up rounding the screw heads after the slightest bit of torque. They were a cross between PZ 1 and a medium Philips and not made in the UK! Ended up having to go through my old screw box to find some better quality ones which delayed things by 10 minutes. Having sorted that out it was a pleasure to build and fitted in place really easily. Very impressed with the quality of the rollers for the sliding door. About 3 hours from start to finish to complete. Overall very impressed with the enclosure

keith I didnt like these. Arrived quickly with other products ordered, but as anonymous reviewer mentioned, they are not a matching pair. one is all chrome but the thermostat one is not. also as phil mentioned, another part is required to fit the thermostat one to 12 mm pipe. however bath empire gave me a full refund with no argument, service was good (i just had to pay the 3.50 return postage, not too bad) I bought the matching chrome premium straight valves which i am happy with. would use company again.

Michael R Bought this to replace a nearly identical, but much more expensive, product from Franke (the Olympus), although this is very slightly smaller. High quality finish (better than I was expecting -- the picture on the web makes it look like a slightly grey/gold brushed steel, but in fact it is matt silver. Came next day without any fuss. Be aware that it has no instructions, although it is pretty obvious what connects where (a plumber will certainly have no issues). Very good buy !

Richard Murray This tap was a replacement for a very old kitchen tap in our utility room which was difficult to turn off. The old tap was a pig to remove but the replacement was easy to install, preforms beautifully - (so easy to adjust and turn on and off), and is a great great price with unbeatable guarantee and warranty - an great selection delivered very quickly. Alistair Nice tap to look at and to use: the control handle is very smooth and the pull-out head works well. It\'s worth noting that the button on the head is not to lock the head in place, instead it switches the cold water between single central jet to a shower-head effect. The price was good, the delivery was swift and the packaging and instructions with the tap were good. I\'ll definitely shop here again.

Heather very good quality towel radiator and a very good price in sale. Have not had it fitted yet so cannot say what it is like when it is working it does what you say about the fingerprint test. Essex Girl beautiful tap, but unfortunately far too big for my humble stainless steel sink - more appropriate to fit to the worktop as it hangs over quite far. anyway, have re-ordered smaller tap and very pleased that it is same quality but smaller and therefore will not look out of place when it is fitted. only sting in the tail is that it cost me 10 to send back first tap, but understand that it is the risk you take if the tap is unsuitable. overall very pleased with the service and will use again for other items as and when i need them.

Tony Davis Excellent product (came the next day with their free next-day delivery - perfect timing for my needs). This replaced a 9\" plastic and rubber overhead unit, in a steam-shower cabinet, and is FAR superior to the original, with a much straighter and even spray pattern. As they state in the spec, it looks and feels very good chrome on solid brass, so should last years. Thanks for excellent service.

Peter I finally got round to installing my shower cubicle and was very surprised at how easy it was to assemble and to install, the other surprising thing about this enclosure is the quality of the build, I think once installed it looks like an expensive shower cubicle and given what I paid for this enclosure I would have expected to have paid a lot more. Delivery is one of those sticky areas when it comes to some suppliers but in this case Bath Empire were very good with their fast delivery time, especially for such a large item.

James Coyne J C Shopfitting Ltd I have used this enclosure in a family changing room in a health club. I was a bit nervous because of the price, but, now I have received it and installed it I am very impressed both with the ease of construction and the quality.The delivery was on time, and the enclosure and the tray were both well protected from transit damage. Bob The price of this 900mm quadrant shower cubicle was the first thing that atracted me to the web site, it is an excelant price, the description and photos help me to buy it, the unit arrived within 24 hours, the driver had it at the door and placed it in the hall,excelant as it was heavy, the unit is very good quaity, all the main parts are metal and glass. Information I would add for the fitting of the unit is, this unit was to replace an old unit in a tiled bathroom, so it had to fit the holes in the tiles the old unit left, this was very easy as the rail that fits to the wall has a flat flang on the in side edge, giving 34mm of adjustmenton on a 20mm track, adding hole to match the hole in the tiles, job done. The unit is in and it looks fantastic, the fit and finish are very high and the doors work very well after adjustment, excelant sevice form start to finish. (ps, the review writer needs a spell checker, you will find lots)

Eric Gibson Got the shower enclosure delivered safely and well packaged. Fitted it after a few days, brilliant to put up, instruction leaflet was easy to follow, if any complaints with leaflet it was that one or two things to do with putting up enclosure weren\'t indicated in the leaflet. However, this didn\'t stop me, took a minute or two to work it out. All-in-all, great price and quality product.

Rhys Hughes Ordered on a Monday, arrived on the Tuesday and fitted on the weekend. Excellent bit of kit for the money that I paid but with one criticism. The thermostatic control valve has no wall securing feature like some others do, this means the only thing holding the controller to the wall is the hot and cold water pipes. I had to use a mixture of no nails and mastick in order to secure it properly to the wall, but after being held in position for 12 hours it\'s absoloutly fine. Excellent value for money though, I\'d recommend this shower to anyone.

Anonymous Apsley Kitchen Mixer h, too, my delivery being as a robust, chunky feel and sits (very) securely on the sink platform. Happily for me, it also works well despite a slight water pressure imbalance.........Looks good too! Las I had the same experience as others here. This cabinet is as good or even better than some similar ones you can buy in the obvious shops. Looks great, not flimsy, the door has a very good positive closing action. The stainless steel shelves inside make your simple shaving foam look glamorous. It is very easy to fit. It was delivered lightning fast in perfectly safe packaging (unlike another company\'s packet, who sent us broken mirrors). It actually looks even better in the bathroom than in the picture. At the price it is even a bargain.

Simon Price was much better than other websites I\'d looked at. That, coupled with a long guarantee prompted my purchase. Product arrived quickly and well packaged and feels nice and solid. The \'cups\' that cover go over the pipe and sit against the wall were too little in their depth (presumably my pipes stick out of the wall further than is standard) so I reused the bigger deeper \'cups\' from the old mixer bar I was replacing. Happy customer here :)

Anonymous Oustanding showerhead that postively blows anything else I have used previously completely away. If you have the pressure to drive this properly, its an absolute star of a product. Build quality is excellent and the rotation mechanism has a good positive feel to it. Oustanding product for the price. How could this be improved on? Other than offering a brass chrome plated version, I don\'t think it could be. For the price, quite simply if you have good water flow; buy this thing, It would waken the dead!

Anonymous The shower rail and head isn\'t to my taste, but as I was buying this with the intention of using a different head and fixed wall bracket this wasn\'t a problem(both also purchased from bathempire). Will I use bathempire again...absolutely, would I recommend them to others.... again; absolutely and have done so already. If you were like me and not sure whether to buy these products as the price points seemed simply too good, don\'t be. To be honest I made my purchase with the intention of if its bad, for the price; what have I lost, nothing. Fear not, this mixer bar has an excellent weight and feel to it and is worth every penny, in fact the irony here is if I paid 130 for it, I\'d STILL be delighted. If it fails anytime in the next 5 years I\'d be very surprised. Jonathan Excellent, high quality product for the money, I spent a VERY long time looking at alternatives before purchasing this and can report that the quality is excellent having received and installed the bath. Just a couple of problems with the order, which were resolved. I paid for next day delivery, waited in until mid-day and called up to get an update, apparently there was a mix up and it would come the following day. To be fair these things happen and they were very apologetic and refunded me the delivery cost and the bath turned up promptly the following day. The delivery guy was excellent and suggested I inspect the bath fully before he left. The other issue was the bath was advertised with tap holes, and they are NOT pre-drilled. I called to confirm and was offered a refund but decided to drill them myself. As it turns out they are very easy to drill using a hole saw (I practiced on my old bath 1st) In summary I\'m very pleased with the product, it would be a waste to spend more on an alternative from another supplier. I had a couple of small issues but I found Bath Empire helpful and friendly in addressing these and I\'d certainly use them again (Worth 5 stars based on the product alone). Hope this is helpful.

Paul Derry Recently installed two of these shower mixer valves, one in each bathroom. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and the appearance of the product. My only hesitation is that the units are mains fed and there has been a noticeable reduction in shower pressure compared to the units previously installed. The shower is less invigorating than it used to be. Would be interested if anyone can explain why the pressure has reduced and whether or not it can be rectified.

The price was very competitive so after phoning Bath Empire and talking to them directly I decided to go ahead and order anyway. The bath arrived on time, the builder has just been to check it and it is in perfect condition. My advice to you, if you are at all worried, is to call the team at Bath Empire and talk through your concerns with them. I was very pleased with the service I received.

stuart mallett Delivery was very quick and it arrived with minimal packaging but in good condition. Good quality item with well chromed fittings. Went onto wall using same spacings as the one it replaced. The only down side was the vent plug which has been poorly made with the valve not seating so that even when shut water pours out of its vent hole. Had to buy a seperate one at 1.99. So this means only 4 stars instead of five. Otherwise a good service and definately value for money. Will use bath empire again and can recommend without reservation.

Murphy We haven\'t fitted the bath yet but so far I think it looks great. It\'s quite thick which is one of the reasons we chose it and it doesn\'t look or feel flimsy. It looks fairly easy to install all the fittings. It\'s also very light and easy to move around even though it\'s big, two of us carried it up the stairs really easily. The courier service used might vary depending on the area but the one who delivered our bath were very good, with a very friendly and helpful driver who gave us plenty of time to check it over before we signed for it. Overall, very good looking bath and very good value for money.

John Hughes Recieved this tap today. Very good service and a beautiful quality looking item. 2 negatives. My own stupidity meant that I had not thought about the spiral hose that needs space to fold up into below the sink, I haven\'t got that space. Secondly, the specification says it has spray or normal mode via a button. It has NOT got this feature. I will be exchanging for a more \"normal\" tap.

i We bought Virginia II taps for both our basins and bath. These taps look great and appear to be well constructed. The only issue we have had with them is that the nozzles are not particularly restrictive, so if your water pressure is high, the flow of water is very strong and can splash out of the sink. This is easily rectified by getting an 20mm male aerator nozzle and fitting to the tap, only costs a few pounds and makes all the difference.

Anonymous We had done alot of internet searching trying to find the right size at an affordable price. This one was by far the best deal, much cheaper than the high street and delivered straight to your door (we opted for next day delivery which still made the item much cheaper than the high street or other sites). SAB Outstanding in the true sense of the word, Bath Empire stand out. I don\'t want to say too much for fear that this might look like a \"fake\" review, I can assure you I am real. We spent ages looking at shower fittings in some very expensive places we had a healthy budget and after trawling through websites found this one. At first the photos looked too good to be true, at those prices? OK, a couple of hundred pounds for a shower head is not cheap but when we were looking at the same thing with a 5x mark-up retail price I was dubious to say the least. We watched the vids (very helpful) and I took a \"risk\" on a shower head, wall mixer unit and shower door. They arrived as expected, immaculately packed and of a quality I had seen in high-end bathroom shops. I still can’t believe how close we came to wasting all that money. Yesterday we bought a much nicer toilet than we had planned, just because of the money we saved here. Anonymous I ordered this screen on the Monday and it arrived midday Wednesday. The first thing we noticed that it was no longer in a wooden pallet, but neatly packed in cardboard. The next thing we noticed was how heavy it was; defiantly need two people to install the screen unless your name is Arnold Schwarzenegger. However being heavy meant the product was of good quality, a first class item. The only drawback was the instructions, several pictures but no written instructions. The instructions show a right hand installation so for us doing a left hand fit meant reversing the instructions. Instructions point out that you need a 6.0mm and 3.2mm drill bits; the 6.0mm needs to be a masonry drill for tiles or wall. The 3.2mm needs to be HSS for drilling steel as there are 3 self tapping screws, use anything else and it will be too big or to small and the self tappers won’t work. When we got to the last drawing it showed the end cap being installed, heart stopping moment as we had two end caps to chose from, I thought that the bracket that was screwed to the wall would have to come back down to install end caps. Noticed just in time that you only need one end cap, the end cap that you use depends on left or right installation method. So when installation is complete you should have one end cap left over. Personally I discarded the wall plugs and screws that came with the screen, not bigger enough for a hand towel rail let alone shower screen. (Used my own supplies). One more thing, if you are screwing this to a stud wall you may need to reinforce wall, that’s what we did. Overall we are very pleased with this product and defiantly recommend it.

Chris Kane Great bath and service from the company, but your delivery is the worst possible for big items. The driver told me he couldn't bring the bath to my flat, on the first floor with my help, because he is not covered in the insurance. With such big items you should have a delivery company that can carry your product in. For example say I had been an 80 year old man who couldn't walk. What would you do then. I have a very bad spin and a muscle desiese but had to bring it up myself. I could have done some real damage to myself. Not pleased at all.

A really good selection of products to choose from and helpful hints of what else you might need to buy, such as a pop up waste to go with the basin we ordered. I ordered on Thursday evening and it was delivered on the following Monday by a very helpful delivery man. I would have liked to have had it delivered on Saturday but unfortunately they don't do deliveries at the weekend which meant having to take a day off work, also delivery was anytime between 8 until 6pm. Don West The parcel arrived within a few working days of the order and had everything needed to fit to a standard water supply. Fitting was relatively straightforward, if a little fiddly. But once i had connected everthing up, no water came out! I rang the advice line and was told that I should have flushed the unit before fitting, and was advised to check for debris. A basic instruction sheet would have been beneficial, and would probably have avioded this delay. I did this, and found and fixed the blockage.the product itself looks great

Julian Maso Bought a shower quadrant enclosure and shower tray from Bath Empire - both products arrived on time and were great quality and good value - unfortunately the dimensions that were advertised on the website were inaccurate and due to size limitations were unsuitable for the space. Customer services have been helpful (so far) and have promised to come and collect the goods and issue a full refund. I would rate Bath Empire highly on the quality of their products and value for money and their customer services - however - the website is inaccurate so if space is an issue you should not rely on the dimensions as advertised (both of the products that we purchased were advertised with the wrong dimensions). My advice to Bath Empire would be to spend some time getting the information on their website corrected - online purchasers rely on the advertised information before making a purchase and in my case these inaccuracies have resulted in wasted time, effort and money (builders fees etc).

Janince Ashton Was pleased with the help given when ordering and advised 8.95 would give next day delivery. I arranged someone to come to put up the bathroom cupboards, but they did not arrive. Problem was TNT had not been advised of my house number, although I gave this when I ordered. My call back to you after being advised this at TNT ws demeaning and I was accused of not giving my house number!!! After a stressful conversation, the operator changed her mind from giving me a 50% refund of the 8.95 to a full (and quite correctly) full refund. This left a very bad taste in my mouth - although the cabinets are fantastic. Had to arrange for them to be put up on the next day at extra cost to me.

Caz Greenwood From start to finish, BathEmpire was a great company to deal with. The site is easy to navigate and understand, all products laid out in a commonsense and sensible format. I did make a mistake over the bath I ordered, customer services could not have been more helpful in getting it changed to the right one before it was shipped out (thank you Pam!) nazmul So there i was last minute let down by a local shop who promised to deliver a radiator the one that was displayed and they are called bathroom city,well the radiator arrived which was a cheap looking towel radiator,frustrated looke on the inernet and came across this product from this company,i just ordered ot at he same time a bit waru fue to me not phisically seeing the ptoduct,it arrived amd i was absolutely pleasently suprised.the radiator is heavy,sturdy,and absolute top quality.i genuinly feel like i actually should owe the bath empire more money due to the quality of the product.this same radiator is going for around 150 pound more anywhere else.awesome!!!

MT Davidson I ordered a bath shower screen, chrome towel radiator and chrome piping. All arrived together within 3 days of ordering them on the net, post free as I had spent over 199. Everything was present - screws etc., all was good quality, well packaged and they have all been installed and are working well. Instructions for the shower screen were all diagramatic drawings - no words, and perhaps a novice would have struggled a little to understand them, but all in all a very satisfied purchase, good quality at a fair price.

karen powell Lovely quality items, but it is a shame that the delivery driver was such an unhelpful individual. I asked a neighbour to take delivery for me, she intercepted the driver and said she would open the door-he said no point as he intended leaving on the doorstep. "I don't take into the house, what do you want me to do bloody well fit it for you?". So rude and unhelpful. Not what I expected. I then had to climb on the pallet to open the door so that I could carry the items in to safety.

Clare I ordered a slim line vertical radiator.I spoke with a most helpful and pleasant woman in the Customer Service Dept. She explained the delivery was a little delayed due to the terrible weather and the warehouse being hit by a mini tornado! I received an email advising me that the radiator was enroute. Upon unpacking the radiator I noticed a small 'dent' on one of the radiator pipes - not caused in transit as the packaging was in tact as was the finish of radiator's paintwork. It appears as though it is a manufacturing 'flaw' - had time and builders not been on my side I would have returned the radiator.

Carolyn Wareing We bought a vertical radiator from this site after searching for weeks. It was over 100 cheaper than most sites, very clear and accurate measurements and delivered the next day!! The website crashed which was the only problem so I called the company and they ordered it for me on the phone with no problems at all. Very impressed with the radiator!! It looks lovely and gives off amazing heat. I'd say it was easy to fit but hubby took care of that and as there was no swearing or complaints I think it was fine to fit!! Saves so much space in the room and really looks great!! I'm delighted with it and would recommend and use the company again. Bargain and brilliant!!

Mrs Margaret Wakerell Buying on line was very easy and straightforward. My only concern was the arrival of the goods. Heavy radiator and towel rail in quite a flimsy box. TNT, who delivered, have noted how flimsy the box was for such a heavy item. Consequently the box was badly torn in transit, My only hope is the item is OK when my plumber comes to fit when my bathroom is complete.

P Clark I sent for a bathroom towel rail raidator which was dispatched very quickly but due to a bank holiday took a bit longer to get here. On unpacking the radiator found it had been dented, Phoned the company to be told send a photo of the damage by email to them which I done and was told without any hassle a replacement would be sent which arrived in 2 days. Maria Stewart We have been looking for a while for a good quality towel radiator with a high Btu as our bathroom is quite big. Unfortunately they were all very expensive and to be honest i wasnt too sure on the design we eventually picked . Then my husband stumbled on the website Bath Empire. The product arrived as predicted on the Monday following the order, very prompt. The only negative comment I can make and that has nothing to do with the service, is that the towel rail was very tricky to fit to the wall because of the design of the fittings, but 2 hours later it looks great and is working well. Kenneth Downham When our bathroom towel heater/radiator sprang a leak we were just entering a cold period of weather, and being no longer young we were keen to get a new one installed. No plumbers available for some time. So I searched the internet and came up with Bath Empire. They were not only very competitively priced, but delivered in three days and the radiator was all they claimed. What is more the size matched our old one. Anita Pinto .....I tried to add a minimal order via telephone to my (170) order of the day before (placed at 5.29pm) to avoid extra P&P; but that was refused. Even though I ordered and paid for items worth ca. 400 in total over a few weeks, I was told I had to pay p&p; of some 3+ for some additional chrome plated pipe covers (RA03) costing 6.99 as they could not add it to the order! I was told I had to pay the p&p; as the covers had to be sent as a sep order. They would not accommodate dropping the p&p.; I told Bathempire over the phone that I was not impressed and went on to order the rest of my bathroom costing over 500 from another company because of that.

If I have one tiny complaint it was that it took me three emails to get a querie answered with regards to the items that I was considering purchasing. David Ashworth We needed a new shower mixer for our narrowboat, but as we didn't fit it ourselves we didn't know which one to get to replace it. We looked on the BathEmpire website, found a very similar one very easily at a reasonable price, so ordered it. The part arrived within 3 days, (you are able to track the orders). It was very well packaged, so not damaged in transit. Fitted it at the weekend, and we can now have a hot shower at the end of an arduous day cruising along the canal! I will certainly look on the BathEmpire website for all future bathroom requirements both afloat and on dry land.

Kenneth Fraser The thermostatic shower control arrived extremely fast (recorded) and was very well packaged. There was a part broken when it arrived. I phoned and a spare part was dispatched/replaced very fast, recorded delivery no less, at no expense to myself. The service I was most impressed with. The shower instructions and diagram should be a lot more detailed, as it clearly does not state how to remove the two screws holding the dials on, but this is a manifactures problem. The shower must be fitted at the correct depth for tiles or wet wall, as there is not much flexablity in this if it is wrong. The overall service from BathEmpire was excellant. I would recommend them and the product.

Mark Osborne Hav e just ordered some various products from bath empire and as I am still in the process of fitting my two new bathrooms, cannot comment from a usage point of view. The first thing that impressed me was the quailty of the chrome finish on the concealed shower valve, everything seems to be built to last (I hope) with a better than usual finish. If everything (once in service) works half as good as they look, then I'm sure I will be very very happy.

Chris Ainsworth The shower from Bath Empire is great, we brought the 200mm fixed head shower with extra shower attachment hose. Our plumber commented on the cost at 159 and being solid brass just like others mentioned in their reviews. A few tiles had to be removed to cut down the existing pipes because of the head height. I had a low ceiling and needed 5mm more. My shower looks very good and works like a dream, I also like the idea of a 10 year guarantee and the no need for washers because they are made from ceramic. I would recommend this shower.

Den Goscombe I bought an LED shower from BathEmpire in January 11 through EBay, and have been delighted with it. Over the last couple of months the lights that are powered by water pressure, and temperature have been dimming and virtually stopped working. I had not noticed that there was a 10 year guarantee, assuming it to be 12 months only, but emailed the company for advice. Their responses by email were fast and helful, and after a request for a photograph only of the shower in action and a copy of the Paypal receipt the part was replaced without cost or hassle and within 7 days from the original enquiry. I also was not required to return the faulty part so no postage costs to me. I couldn't ask for any more - brilliant!

They cant give you a AM or PM time for delivery, also they can not ring you when they will deliver it to you, all they can give you is a delivery between 08:00 and 18:00 and someone has to be in to sign for it! typical i waited in all day to fit the shower and it arrived at 17:45!!!!

Caroline I bought a basin mixer tap which arrived with a hole in the back for the lever action plug waste which was not contained in the box. As this is the first time I have bought from this supplier it would have been helpful if I had been made aware that I needed to order the waste system separately. I then had to order again incurring a second delivery charge. My local supplier told me these types of taps are always supplied with the waste included. Grrrr!

GAVIN MCLAUGHLIN Very quick despatch and product exactly what I was after. Only downside was that they chose to use Parcelforce - possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. Damien K We ordered two taps, and they were delivered very quickly. When fitted, one tap leaked due to a manufacturing fault, and needs replacing. The levers on the taps, are supposed to operate over a quarter turn, they do not, resulting in a slightly irritating misalignment either when they are on or off. I guess with a cheap tap, you are not going to get a high quality operation, however the website leads you to believe you will.

Their speedy delivery service is still slow over a weekend, ( Who stops work at weekends these days?) The girls on the phones need more training about the products they are selling. The issue was that the shower tray I ordered is handed. Emailed the company, as was unsure whether I needed the left or right opening. Was informed to check the detailed drawing on their web site. Checked and ordered the one against the drawing. When the items arrived it was the wrong handed shower tray. Phoned customer services and the lady agreed that the drawing on their web site was wrong. She informed me that a replacement would be sent in a couple of days. As a gesture of goodwill they would upgrade the tray, as it was their fault. The tray arrived 2 days later, but it had not been upgraded. (Disappointed as service was excellent up to that point) I would order from them again and recommend them to friends. But go though the dimensions thoroughly and phone/email to double check.

Loved the little sleeping-bag that it was delivered in - looked too cosy to disturb - bit I did - I'm like that!

A Dodds Part of my order did not fit properly, and had to be returned. Whilst this caused delays, both collection of returns and delivery of replacement were very prompt thanks to BathEmpire team. I had to provide photo evidence via e-mail which may not be possible for some folks, but "the team" do work to a helpful system which covers "shift" absences. (Customer Frustration Reduced). Also some problems fitting a kitchen tap which put up the plumbers bill. Can't complain about quality or price, so take note and dig deep into all useful technical information on BathEmpire web site before placing your order. Job now complete and attractive.

Diane Atkinson I was unable to purchase a spare part for my pop-up waste locally and was told I'd have to buy a new tap with it all fitted, an expensive way to solve the problem. Noreen O'Leary Our wonderful double ended slipper bath hasn't been installed yet but it's still good to lie in - really comfy and I'm so looking forward to relaxing with a glass of wine and a few candles. You might never get me out of the bathroom :-). I ordered the bath in the sale so it's a little earlier than actually needed but it arrived absolutely when they said it would and in perfect condition. The driver was really helpful and was happy to wait around whilst we checked it over so no worries about signing as unchecked or anything. I recently purchased all the new fixtures and fittings for overhaul of a shower room and the quality looks fantastic. It's not quite all fitted in place yet so I can't comment on the operation however the chrome looks far superior to other options we looked at.

Anonymous The quality and appearance of this shower tray is very good. The shower tray has been installed without the legs and the skirt and is set on a mortar mix and the outer rim is set level in all directions. Unfortunately some areas of the inner tray well away from the outlet are exactly level or even have a slightly negative slope away from the drain. Consequently there are a few areas of the tray which do not drain well and even leave a small pool of water. If this had been realised during installation then a slightly raised outer front edge would have helped. Its too late now !

I didnt realise the basin waste plug wasnt included so remember to order a plug (without the chain though as there is no hole for a chain). Al C. Very nice shower kit, quality look and quality feel. Nicely described on the website and at a great price. Excellent company to deal with so far. Items delivered in time and well packed. Only niggle is the star shower head, the water holes on the prongs don't seem to project the water in a straight line so when the shower is on the water doesn't fall in a straight downward fall, it sort of goes all over the place. Doesn't look great - hence 4 stars. Maybe holes are too small.

It was delivered within two days even though I opted for free delivery, when I opened the box I was amazed at quality and style of the tap. Just wish I'd had it floating instead of the pipes coming from the floor. After thought I guess. Quilkyn This tap arrived today to replace a poorly performing power shower following an upgrade to a combi boiler. Delivered in less than48 hours it was incredibly well packaged and came with suitable instructions. Nigel Shindler As our existing (plumbed in) bathroom radiator was always covered with towels and hardly heating the room as a result, I decided to order a chrome ladder type for the towels from BathEmpire together with a 300w thermostatic electric element. It arrived promptly, a nicely finished article, well packed with all the necessary parts and clear instructions - even with a blanking plug for the unused valve socket in the base - and I was able to install it and have it running in no time. The room is now noticeably warmer, and all I've got to do now is to persuade everyone to put their towels back in the right place after a shower! Full marks to BathEmpire for a clear website, excellent quality products and service.

Frank Pearson I ordered a bathroom towel rail radiator. it arrived in two days of ordering undamaged and at a great price.. The packaging was damage where the carrier had done their usual best to compromise the packaging. There was a good quality Styrofoam moulding protecting the two sides but only a heavy cardboard carton to protect the top bottom and front and back. One of the sides was holed perhaps more Styrofoam protection would be beneficial.

Anthony Morgan I purchased an electric towel rail from BathEmpire to go in my airing cupboard for summer use. I ordered it before 2pm and paid a little extra for next day delivery. UPS turned up at 9am the next morning, couldnt fault the service.The installation went OK, but one of the screws supplied sheared off when fixing the brackets into the battening (even after drilling pilot holes). Luckily I had a similar size screw to hand, so it wasnt too much of a problem. Installing the heater element was easy enough, but connecting the thermostatic controller (for a push on connector) was a pain. The heating element is 100W, Im not sure this is enough; but time will tell, when I really get to use it in the summer. Once installed the towel rail looks great, shame its hidden away from view.

D. Wilson Easy and Quick, products were good and the service professional. Placed an order for a large towel rail and collected it from the warehouse the next day. However, having placed it in position it was apparent that it did not suit the bathroom design as it fixing points would have been exactly on the join between the tiles an painted section. Found an alternative unit and discussed the situation with the BathEmpire staff. Very simple to rectify the problem and a new radiator was available for collection within 4 hours when I returned the original one. Good products, service and simple to exchange when, through our own fault, we needed something different.

Andrew Tierney i bought two vertical radiators, one for the hall and one for the bathroom. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The radiators are great, other than making a gurgling noise sometimes but i'm hoping its because they're new and it'll stop soon. Its not very loud anyway. The only downside was i tried calling to add taps to my order so i didnt have to pay postage again but no one answered, and therefore i didnt buy the taps.

Olwyn Plant Superb customer service and outstanding value for money. We searched the Internet for high quality high output radiators that looked good. We had 2 installed one in the lounge and one in the dining room. They are superb, high heat great style, fit close to the wall too. British gas installed them and they were so impressed they wanted to know who the supplier was. Now for the cost, they were about half the price of other rads and much higher output. The delivery was very fast and even altered to suit our needs. The Customer service was second to none, exceedingly polite telephonist and super fast after sales service. I can't recommend this company highly enough they are a rare class of their own. Thank you so much for restoring our faith in sales.

Ian Thornley I bought the item based on the description and reviews from the site, I was not dissapointed. I was left with a dilema after buying a similar chrome radiator from a tv advertising, next day delivery, catalogue shop !!. It sat there for some months until it was needed and to my horror, once unpacked I noticed the chrome was marked and showed signs of deterioration. Having spent a fortune on the 'Rolls Royce' bathroom re-fit, the last thing I wanted was a 'Morriis Minor' radiator on display. Hence the purchase of a quality item with an extensive warranty, I can't wait to get the item plumbed & working.

Raymond Webb We ordered a towel rail in plenty of time before the plumber came to refurbish our bathroom however when it came it install it we discovered it had a dent in one of the rails. We spoke to BathEmpire and they told us to take a picture of the damage and E-mail it to them. The following day we received an E-Mail from BathEmpire apologising and to say that they have sent a new towel rail and will be with us the next day. Excellent service.

When our bathroom towel heater/radiator sprang a leak we were just entering a cold period of weather, and being no longer young we were keen to get a new one installed. They were not only very competitively priced, but delivered in three days and the radiator was all they claimed. What is more the size matched our old one. Julian Watson Even sorted a problem that was not their fault very efficiently and with no quibble. I am very pleased with the price and helpfulness of staff in understanding their product range. They had the same products as other suppliers and some of them were MUCH less expensive. There was a manufacturing fault with one item which they replaced the next day! The website indicated I would get an email to say when despatch was going to occur. Nothing received. I did get a phone call from the local carrier giving me a day but not an approximate time. As I live on a large plot I had to stay at the house all day. Delivery was mid afternoon. Over half a day's work lost. This is the downside of internet shopping. I wish there was the option to collect from a local depot.

Kate Cooper Fantastic service in a world of shoddy experiences! We recently ordered a double column radiator and it arrived very promptly within three days. Upon having the radiator fitted our plumber found a 'manufacture' fault on the top non venting valve. This caused a continuous drip as it was impossible to achieve a complete seal. We contacted Bath Empire on a Saturday lunchtime, were helped by Gin, who advised us to take a couple of pictures and email them to the After Sales team, we did. On the Monday we received an email from Emma saying a replacement radiator would be despatched and to dispose of the original. The replacement arrived at 8.30 am on the Thursday. No hassle, no arguments just good old fasioned service. Fantastic, would use again and recommend.

Lloyd Squibb What you get is a great looking towel rail finished to a high standard and at a very good price. Good fast delivery. I definitely recommend this rail, however my only advise would be when installing the screws, they fit quite tight into the raw plugs and in doing so generate an enormous amount of heat which could lead to the screws shearing. I learnt from other radiators I have purchased from bath empire after I had several screws shear and ended up forking out on anchor bolts. When I installed this rail I rubbed some fairy liquid on to the threads to act as a lubricant, I guess any oil based lubricant would work as well and the screws went straight in without going tight or even feeling like they may shear.

The only issue came when communicating (lack of) with the third party delivery company. It was in the warehouse for 3 days before any got in touch regarding delivery. Then on the day of delivery we had to contact them - 4 hours after original planned time for delivery - at which point they admitted they had forgot and sent a driver out immediately. I had to take extra time off work. I will be using BathEmpire again as long as they can guarantee I receive a product on time.

Brenda Barratt Hi, I am having a new bathroon fitted. It is not happening until May but my fitter suggested I get the parts early because there was a sale on, so I ordered them. They came very well packed by a cheery chappie a few days after ordering them so delivery was fast and efficient. My husband and son dismantled all the parts and they are safely in the garage waiting for the fitter. There is not much more I can say at this point but I'm sure I won't be disappointed with the products when they are fitted.

My only critiscism is that I didn't receive an Invoice by email like other companies we use do and I had problems logging in to the account I had to set up when ordering. Anonymous great price and lovely product, but... I was not able to get the waste and pipes very easily. Spent hours on the internet looking for long enough pipe. When called the office was told they are available in any plumbing centre, so left that task to my builders and even they struggled. If you sell free standing bath, you should be also selling other accessories for it. Ended up with a gap underneath, which doesnt look bad, but was not the first choice. There was another option of digging out the tiles from underneath, so the bath can fully lay on the floor - would be too much work!

David Sharp Bar shower mixer unit fitted and working well. Part is sturdy and appears heavily chromed, so expect it to look good for a long time. Has fitting instructions and details on how to change temperature range - useful. Existing pipe work 150 mm, so didn't need to use the adjusters - not sure how they work. Are in brass, rather than chromed.

Chris Ainsworth Great shower. The shower from Bath Empire is great, we brought the 200mm fixed head shower with extra shower attachment hose. Our plumber commented on the cost at 159 and being solid brass just like others mentioned in their reviews. A few tiles had to be removed to cut down the existing pipes because of the head height. I had a low ceiling and needed 5mm more. My shower looks very good and works like a dream, I also like the idea of a 10 year guarantee and the no need for washers because they are made from ceramic. I would recommend this shower.

I have ordered bathrooms before from major DIY chains and it has taken weeks before everything ordered is received. The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is that I did not received notification the goods had been dispatched, I only found this out by logging into my account on the website. The delivery company were excellent and contacted me beforehand to arrange the best day for delivery and agreed to a PM delivery slot, they even called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. I was unable to check the suite when it arrived and it was not installed for a number of weeks. There were one or two minor problems, but even after the stipulated period of time to query defects the aftersales team did everything they could to rectify these small issues. The delivery could not be faulted and everything arrived the next day by courier. The plumber that installed the bathroom suite was amazed at the quality for the price. Ms Rahina Borthwick Plumber very impressed by free duck....and shower!! Plumber said it was all great quality and the duck is very cute.So far.... all going well with shower, does what it says on the box. I paid for next day delivery and it duly arrived, during working hours, so plumber was able to finish job in one day. Bath and shower re-furb...looks lovely and feels solid and we are all very clean! Phone answered very promptly when I rang to check delivery time ,staff found correct deets and sounded like they cared....I'm also very pleased to have saved so much money compared to local prices at big superstores...you know who you are..

Mark Ordered the thermostatic shower, it is better than it looks in the picture!! The ordering process and communication from Bathempire were excellent. The only downside was parcelforce who were responsible for delivery. They delivered the shower a day late. This however was nothing to do with Bathempire. I would definitly use them again if I had the need.

Item immediately dispatched by BathEmpire using Parcel Force who were rubbish and 'Oh so sorry' that they took 2days to make their trumpeted next day delivery, they were unbelievably complacent about it. Julie Robinson Prompt delivery and prompt replacement of damaged item. From start to finish buying from Bathroom Empire has been a good experience. First found them at the Ideal Home Exhibition the people there were very helpful and suggested we look on the website for more info and that we could claim the extra 5% discount up to 4 months after visiting the show. Placed the order, received email confirmation. A few days later was contacted by delivery agent to arrange suitable delivery date and time. Was contacted by driver about 30 mins before he arrived and goods delivered on a pallet very well packed. Unfortunately when the plumber came to fit the suite the toilet pan had a crack. But no problem contacted the aftersales office by email sending pictures showing the damage. They responded within a couple of hours and arranged for delivery of a replacement. This arrived the next day and has now been installed. I will be using Bathroom Empire again for our en suite and would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Brent Copson Got the shower + body jets + hand held kit. I'm impressed with it....but it could be even better with: 1. A 1 in 6 out "manifold" to allow easier connection to the body jets. 2. Much longer threads on the body jets...to fix through tiles and plasterboard. 3. shallower body of the mixer to allow it to easily sink in shallow stud walls.

Mrs. Bernadette Kane Absolutly Ducky! I received the two items ordered within 3-4 working days as informed by assistant on the telephone. I have only just installed the shower and screen due to other work going on. Superb quality on both items. I had such a surprise when I opened the shower box and found the sweetest little rubber ducky enclosed, I thought that was a tremendous little extra touch. My grand daughter soon took charge of that. We did have one tiny little problem, there was a screw missing from the shower. It was one of the main thread screws. I had to go and buy a replacement not to delay the plumber installing the rest of the shower. Apart from that the service was excellent.

I am not big on DIY and especially plumbing, so was a little worried about taking the existing mixer bar off, but it was really easy and literally took me 2 minutes to swap them over. Andy Graham Service was excellent. Unfortunately the wrong bath was sent but to BathEmpires credit the correct bath was dispatched the next day. The bath was installed but the fixing blocks for the spring catches for the bath panel came off. We have had to spend time refixing the blocks back to the bath. This might be something you need to look at as the fixing is not very substantial.

David Huson Excellent Service. Sturdy product. Bought a 3 sides shower unit And got a plumber mate to fit it as we were doing some radiator work as well. I bought it for the looks but he told me that it was a great unit to install and much stronger than others he has fitted. On top of that the presale help online was excellent. Bath Empire replaced the item immediately and sent it day delivery so the plumber could install it before he finished the rest of the job. Also really appreciated the little videos explaining about the products; in this case about the concealed shower units. So not just various good photos but an explanation of the facts. e.g. the shower valve is made from one piece of molded brass. I have not as yet fitted the shower so can't yet comment on it working but I am very pleased with the quality in handling the various components. The package arrived promptly and well packed. Anon I read some negative remarks and it almost put me off placing an order through BathEmpire but I am glad I did and was pleased with the high quality standard of product delivered. I opted for normal delivery rather than express deliver yet my consignment arrived two days after placing the order. I also needed to contact them by phone as I could not print a copy of my order via their web site and they had not sent through a confirmation that the order had gone through so I was not sure whether or not the order had gone through. They confirmed that they received the order and instantly emailed me a copy of my invoice and later sent me an email to enable me to track my delivery.

One thing that I was surprised though was the heaviness of the plate with the knobs on I just hope that my plasterboard wall holds them in place ok.
