keith norton January 11the service from bath empire was excellent as was the product,the delivery let it down had to make several phone calls to parcel force ,on the friday of delivery , then was told it would not be delivered until monday so i had to collect it from their depot.so to sum up you are doing a great job good product right price but let down by others.if i scored you alone 5 star but add in delivery

There was slight damage to part of the enclosure when the item arrived, but there was no problem in arranging a replacement part. Customer services where excellent and the replacement arrived quickly.Would thoroughly recommend this company and their products.
