sheila - My builder had repeatedly advised me against ordering any sanitary ware from the internet. The price was very competitive so after phoning Bath Empire and talking to them directly I decided to go ahead and order anyway. The bath arrived on time, the builder has just been to check it and it is in perfect condition. My advice to you, if you are at all worried, is to call the team at Bath Empire and talk through your concerns with them. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Anonymous great price and lovely product, but... I was not able to get the waste and pipes very easily. Spent hours on the internet looking for long enough pipe. When called the office was told they are available in any plumbing centre, so left that task to my builders and even they struggled. If you sell free standing bath, you should be also selling other accessories for it. Ended up with a gap underneath, which doesnt look bad, but was not the first choice. There was another option of digging out the tiles from underneath, so the bath can fully lay on the floor - would be too much work!

Peter A great free standing bath. All curves and angles it looks a million dollars and has an excellent finish. Being the large version it has plenty room for a long luxury bath. Delivery was great. Well packed on a pallet and delivered to the door by a very nice man. Price wise, it sits in about the middle for this kind of product. Plumbing in was easy but you obviously need access under the floor to connect the waste outlet. I still have to figure out how to stop it moving about on the Karndean flooring as if pushed at the tall end it will move. I think that it's the same with all free standing baths of this type. Looking forward to many years of use.

Simon Archer After looking on the site for 15 mins finding all my items writing all the codes Freestanding bath,freestanding tap,basin water fall tap,toilet pan and cistern, integrated units in white gloss,curved Towel warmer. Spoke to a guy called Paul ( so helpful )who sorted my order in minutes and my items where here next day. All the items that I had delivered where stacked on a pallet so professional they could not be knocked about or damaged and all goods are top class, not one item is of cheap quality.
