Chris Lewin - The shower / thermostate I bought looks very good , although not fitted yet , so cant comment on its function . The Service & delivery were also good . The only criticism i have is that while i did receive an e-mail confirming my order with a ref number it had no details of what i had ordered and i have still not had an itemised receipt .

This product comes with a 10 Year Warranty as standard, although the mixer cartridges are covered by a separate 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.


For the mixer to operate, your water system will need to produce at least 1 Bar of pressure, though we recommend 1 bar upwards for best performance. This can be achieved if you have one of the following:

  • Combination boiler systems
  • Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)
  • Megaflow system
  • Pumped hot water systems
  • Un-vented hot water systems
  • Standard pressurised hot water cylinder type systems
