Y Read - The price was great the same product at a leading bathroom shop was twice the price. The free next day delivery is great - except mine didnt arrive next day despite the screen telling me that I still had over 2 hours left in which to qualify so dont organise a plumber until you have goods in your hand I have not had it fitted yet but it looks the part and has a good substantial weight to it so Im sure it will be fine.

Bill Balchin I bought this to replace a much older mixer valve that would not shut off. Delivery was very fast even in the run-up to Christmas, quality looks very good and price was remarkably low. It is a treat to use this after the old one.The installation should be straight-forward depending on your existing connections. A pair of offset adapters changing from 34 tap end to 12 input pipe end allow for a range of spacings around the 6 region.Because my existing supply pipes come just through the wall at the narrowest possible spacing the new valve now sits about 30mm off the wall on the plain brass adapters. Not a problem but does not look very elegant. Furthermore, my old mixer valve had connections for an olive on the end of the supply pipe but the new adapters have flat ends suitable for a regular tap connector. I eventually got them to seal using fibre washers and boss white. If you were installing this as a complete new installation you could make a neater job.

Rainham Ron there was a problem with the unit i bought, which was a manufacturing fault and only apparent when it was unpacked.Sometimes, it is not the mistakes that tell you about the organisation, but how they deal with them, and the customer service i received here was second to none. The staff I dealt with were apologetic and bent over backwards to help in any way they could, I will certainly be dealing with them again in the future. A pleasure to do business with, even though there was a hurdle to overcome.

1408leo AMAZING SERVICE FROM TRISHA. One day all customer service will be the Trisha way, nothing too much trouble. When something was not clear about the size on the web site, she had someone go find the product & measure it for me . Rang back promptly as promised-twice. When what I brought turned out to be unsuitable, she was fantastic at finding a great alternative & arranged the delivery, collection & refund in the difference all in one hit. Anna Fast delivery and good customer service! Ordered my item Mon eve, thought I'd paid extra for next day delivery, waited on Weds, no confirmation or delivery by 4pm. Emailed customer services, told delivery would be Monday ... Wrote an outraged email after hours. Reply next morning confirmed I had not paid for next day (my error) but that delivery would actially be Thursday anyway (initial customer service mistake in stating Monday). So all in all, impressed with speed of regular delivery charge AND professional response to my initial 'outrage'. Would recommend this company again!

Paul DB brilliant service tells you what else you may needif your a novice like me . Standards of products excellent. Delivery great and arrived within 3 days. came across this site by accident after being let down by a company that had gone into administration. Reasonably Priced Quality Products
We recently ordered two radiators for our new extension. As budgets were getting a bit tight we needed to find good stylish products at a good price, which we did with Bath Empire.
